Appointments can be made by

Our staff will contact you a week prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact our clinic immediately to re-schedule your appointment and to allow us to re-allocate your appointment time.

Important Information for Sleep Study Referrals
If you wish to be considered for a direct referral for a sleep study please complete both the STOP BANG and Epworth Sleepiness Score – your eligibility for a direct referral for sleep study is dependent on the information obtained from these questionnaires.
What to bring to your appointment
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated appointment time.
- A valid referral is required to be seen by a medical specialist.
- Bring any chest x-rays, previous lung function test results or sleep studies
Cancellation Policy
We require no less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation appointment. We request this notice to allow other patients the opportunity to have your appointment time. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Fail To Attend Appointment
If you fail to attend your booked appointment, our clinic has a No Show Policy where a non-refundable fee will be charged. We value all our patients and we do have others who could have used that time with our Specialist that you booked and did not attend. See fees below:
