About Breathe West – Sleep and Respirator Clinic

Breathe West (Formerly Western Sleep and Breathing Clinic) is a respiratory and sleep physician led specialist group providing consultations and diagnostic testing including sleep studies and lung function tests. We provide a high quality patient centred service and aim to ensure up to date evidence directed and cost effective management for our patients.

Our lung function tests can be accessed at short notice (within 1 week) and are bulk billed for Medicare eligible patients (and indications).

Our sleep studies can be accessed directly for those who meet eligibility criteria based on the STOP BANG score and Epworth Sleepiness Score. For those who do not meet the eligibility criteria an appointment with one of our sleep physicians can be organised at short notice. All patients who have had a sleep study through our service will be reviewed by one of our sleep physicians.

Our specialist respiratory and sleep doctors are leaders in their field of expertise and hold public appointments in Melbourne’s leading hospitals.
